The digital images are high resolution images, and they are not under the Common Creativity (CC) license like the free low-resolution images of the website. Each of these images has specific terms of use. Read these terms carefully before buying any image. Also be very careful selecting your images before buying as there is no refund policy for the digital images. All images are intellectual property of Michael Dedes as been said in the previous ‘Intellectual Property’ paragraph. If you disagree with the above terms do not proceed into a purchase.
3D Content Sales
You can buy digital products as 3D content (content used in 3D applications or used in applications used to create 3D digital items) within the website. If the product has a trial (“Try Before Buy”, “Trial”) version, please use this trial version before buying the digital 3D item, to make sure that it will suit your needs. Most 3D contents have a 30-day refund policy, unless otherwise is specified in the product’s page, which means that you can return the product for a refund within a period of 30 days from its purchase. No refunds will be taken place after this period of time. Buying a 3D content from this site actually means that you get the license to use it. This license is for you and for you only. Many 3D content products come with a serial number in order to activate them. These items, and especially plugins and scripts may need a regular internet connection to make a validation of the serial number. You are not allowed to resell a product, freely distribute it, lend it to another user, or reclaim it as your intellectual property. Each violation of the above terms will cause a deletion of your serial number if any, a deletion of your user account and the application of the appropriate law’s consequences, depending on the severity of your violation. If the 3D content product includes a ‘Read me’ file or a ‘Manual’ read the document before using the product. We are not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our product. Make sure to read the specific term of use for each specific 3D content product before buying it. If you disagree with the above terms or the terms of each individual 3D content product do not proceed into a purchase.
Free Items
You can find some free downloadable products within the website. You can download and use them according to the ‘Rights of Use’ section located at the bottom of each page. All these items covered by the ‘Intellectual Property’ section above. There is no update or support for these items.
Applicable law
By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of Greece, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Michael Dedes and you, or its business partners and associates.
Disputes
Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court of Athens in Greece and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

You agree to indemnify Michael Dedes and its affiliates and hold Michael Dedes harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.
Limitation on liability
Michael Dedes is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.

This Agreement is an understanding between Micheal Dedes and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.
