Overview
Our refund policy lasts 14 days for the 3D digital products that are sold in our site. We are not responsible for any item that has been purchased from other affiliate site (like Daz3D etc). If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. The images and promo renders can not be refunded. You have to be sure that the image(s) fit your needs before purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
To claim a refund you have to fill the contact form of our site. Please include the order number and the invoice id into your message! We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items
The eligible items are refunded to the price stated on the invoice. If you have purchased them in a discount or using a VAT-exempt, the refunded amount is the one you pay for them.
Bundle items
The eligible bundle items are refunded as a whole bundle and not as individual items. If you want a refund for a bundle, and the refund is approved, then the whole bundle will be refund.
Customer obligation after refund
The customer is obliged to delete the digital refunded product from all storage devices, if the refund is approved and completed. Of course the digital product cannot be used any longer and the customer should delete any other item that is created using the refunded item (if you have create a 3D render, using a 3D product you would like to refund, you cannot hold/use the render any longer after the item has been refunded)!
